Synopsis: A young middle class Gujarati woman is about to get married to a man of her parent's choice. In spite of being so outspoken amongst her friends, she hasn't been able to gather enough courage to talk to him. And as it happens for most Indian women, she has hardly interacted with men she has grown up with. So her friends arrange for her to meet around nine men spanned over a generation, coming from different socio-cultural and economical backgrounds. These men are either a native of or brought up in Gujarat. Thus, it is her journey into the world of these men- their trials and tribulations, secrets, sex and sexuality, pain and joy, manipulation or utter confusion, rebel and conformity. It is a story of their lives in a society that expects men to be men of steel and women to be dainty little darlings.
Keeping in mind the target audience the character of the narrator was designed. The problems that have plagued the minds of these men were taken to experts in the field of social activism, education, psychology and sexology. Solutions were provided at individual and societal levels so that change becomes more credible and palatable.
