45 x Dips
25 x Pull ups
55 x Push ups
05 x Mucle ups

5 sets in total and no breaking off the bar. Rest only between exercises.

ETA: 4.22mins I've shaved off roughly 30sec to my previous video, going back 3 months ago.

Though I only did 53 push ups. The push ups could of been better form.
